Unfortunately, we have to protect our rights by hiring a lawyer. We have gone through a process and identified a law firm and lawyer who is an expert in all state and federal legal aspects of this situation. Please support our litigation fund by making a pledge by filling out this form. Our initial estimate, if we need to pursue a legal process is $300,000. We will not ask for the money until we need to hire our attorney. Any unused funds will be returned to all those who donated on a pro rata basis. Thank you for your support and demanding fair and equitable treatment of all homeowners in Mountain Village.
